Jet Balls - Support Center and Rules
Dear player, if you encounter problems or errors in the game, please report them on social networks or by email at betarland@gmail.com.
1. Security and Fair Play
1.1. Rule No. 1 - Do Not Cheat
Cheating means using bots, mods, and other third-party software. We insist that players do not install such software or remove it from their devices.
Third-party software consists of unapproved applications that interfere with gameplay. By changing game functionality, third-party software aims to provide an unfair advantage while putting your account and privacy at risk.
Third-party software includes:
- Hacks, "mods", or programs that unfairly change game functionality;
- "Bots", gameplay automation services, or scripts;
- Any other programs intended to modify the game or provide unearned progress.
Consequences of violations: attempting to gain an unfair advantage by using prohibited software will result in a permanent ban for the offending account(s).
1.2. Consequences of Violations and List of Unacceptable Behavior
We do not aim to list every example of acceptable or unacceptable behavior, but below is a short list of actions that we consider inappropriate:
- Abusive behavior
- Use of third-party software
- Impersonation of Betarland staff
- Phishing other players' accounts
- Knowingly exploiting bugs
- Refund abuse
- Buying, selling, and sharing accounts
Accounts found to be in violation of any of the rules listed above may face penalties, including but not limited to:
- removal of in-game currency
- temporary suspension
- permanent suspension
We do not discuss applied penalties and cannot provide support for accounts that have violated the rules.
Help us create a comfortable gaming environment and protect your account and device.
1.3. Fairness and Security Principle
This principle reflects our desire to create a fair and secure gameplay environment for Jet Balls and future projects by Betarland Inc.
Violation of the rules will lead to penalties such as removal of currency, temporary suspension, or full account closure.
Important:
- All cases are thoroughly investigated.
- Applied measures are not subject to discussion or appeal.
2. Game
2.1. Level Structure
Each level consists of the following elements:
- Start - the place where the level begins;
- Star point - the point where a star is awarded;
- Currency spawners - points where coins appear for collection and progression;
- Traps - obstacles with different levels of difficulty and mechanics that make each level unique;
- Finish - the point where the level ends and results are calculated.
Level Settings and Progression
Each level has individual parameters:
- level length;
- reward amount;
- number and types of traps;
- number of fuel spawners;
- distance between fuel spawners;
- placement of star points.
As the player progresses through levels and stages, the distance between fuel points increases. This requires upgrading the jetpack.
If the jetpack is not upgraded, its resources will not be sufficient to reach the next fuel point, and the level will become impossible to complete.
2.1.1. How to Get Access to the Next Mode and Modes
To get access to the next mode, you must meet the requirements shown on the mode card.
2.1.2. Turbo Fuel
Bonus currency is awarded for making purchases.
Using the bonus currency reduces fuel consumption on levels by 50%.
2.2. Reward for Victory or Defeat
For victory or defeat, the player receives a reward in the form of experience, stars, and in-game currency (coins).
The number of coins received directly depends on the number of coins collected on the level, as well as the character's carrying capacity. If the player collects more coins than the character's carrying capacity allows, the player can increase it once per level by watching an ad or using a special offer in the shop.
Stars are awarded depending on the percentage of level completion. A player can receive from 0 to 3 stars. A level is considered fully completed when 3 stars are received. To move to the next stage, all levels must be completed with 3 stars.
Additionally, the player can increase the received reward once per level by watching an ad or using special offers in the shop.
2.3. Collection
In the "Collection" section, the player can unlock characters and jetpacks.
Characters affect carrying capacity: the higher the character's level and rarity, the more rewards the character can carry per level.
Jetpacks determine travel range - the distance the character can cover without refueling.
Unlocking and Purchase
Some items in the collection have requirements that must be fulfilled to gain access to their purchase. After the conditions are completed, the item is unlocked and can be purchased for the specified price.
Currency and Upgrades
All prices in the collection are shown in in-game currency. Character and jetpack upgrades are also performed using in-game currency.
2.4. Levels
Levels have color indicators that reflect their conditional difficulty. At the same time, the actual difficulty of a level may partially differ from its color.
Types of levels:
- Training (blue) - levels intended to introduce mechanics. They contain a minimal number of dangerous traps and safer routes.
- Easy (green) - levels with a small number of dangerous situations and low overall difficulty.
- Medium (orange) - levels with an average or increased frequency of dangerous situations.
- Hard (red) - levels with a high density of traps and a high level of difficulty.
- Very hard / unreal (black) - levels with extreme difficulty, a large number of traps, and a high density of dangerous situations.
- Inactive (gray) - levels that are currently unavailable.
Level Progress
On each level, the player collects special points (their type depends on the selected mode). These points are counted toward the progress of the current stage.
To move to the next stage, all points on the current stage must be collected.
3. Currency and Shop
3.1. Currency
- Coins - currency used to unlock new items in the collection. Coins are earned through gameplay and can be increased by watching ads or using other offers.
- Lives - defeat currency. Lives can be purchased with crystals and ads. Up to 10 units are restored automatically; the recovery time for 1 unit is 30 minutes.
- Crystals - currency used to buy lives, coins, and other in-game offers.
- Turbo Fuel - bonus currency that is granted only for purchasing crystals and lives.
