Betarland has developed the Jet Balls application as an ad-supported application. This SERVICE is provided by Betarland free of charge and is intended for use "as is".

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Collection and Use of Information

To improve our Service, we, as well as third-party services that we integrate, may collect certain information that may include Personal Data. This information is collected and used for purposes such as providing game functionality, cloud saves, advertising support, improving our services, and analytics.

  • Google Play ID: A unique identifier provided by Google Play Games (only if you sign in via Google Play Games), used exclusively to synchronize your game progress between your devices and to provide leaderboards/achievements.
  • Advertising Identifier (ADID): A unique, resettable advertising identifier associated with your device, used by third-party advertising networks to display targeted ads and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • Log Data and Device Information: Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app or for general analytics, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone, called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, unique device identifiers, and other statistics.

Device Identifiers and Local Storage

The Jet Balls application itself does not use “cookies” in the traditional web sense. However, integrated third-party services (such as advertising networks and analytics platforms) may use device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID – ADID) and/or local data storage on your device to collect information. These identifiers and technologies may be used to display and measure targeted advertising, analyze app usage, and improve their services.

You can manage your device’s advertising identifier through your mobile device settings (for example, reset it or disable ad personalization). Opting out of personalized ads will not stop ads from being displayed, but they may become less relevant to you.

Data Deletion

Procedure for withdrawing consent to data processing and deleting data:

PLEASE NOTE that the data is used by us solely for the purpose of providing you access to the Project and improving the quality of the Services. When deleting account Data, you will lose access to the Project, and your Data will be permanently deleted.

Procedure for submitting a request:

  1. An initial request that complies with the requirements of this Policy may be sent to our email address: betarland@gmail.com.
  2. Request confirmation — carried out by you via the specified and verified email address.
  3. Request fulfillment — usually completed within 30 days from the date of request confirmation. This period is necessary for organizational and technical measures to fulfill your request and, if necessary, may require more time.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill a request if ownership of the Data is not confirmed by the User and/or the request affects the rights and freedoms of other persons.
